Plant Medicine Information
In order to prepare yourself for the journey with plant medicines, please read the following information carefully.

Ayahuasca
The Ayahuasca that Oscar serves is prepared and prayed over by the family he knows personally. It is very clean and only contains two ingredients - the ayahuasca vine and chacruna - and is always fresh from the Amazon jungle of Peru and of the highest quality. The family who makes this medicine has intentions to reach the people for healing and find their true Selves and the family puts this prayer into the medicine while they cook it over four days and five nights.
What is Ayahuasca?
Ayahuasca or yagé is an indigenous drink used in traditional South American medicine by many Amazonian peoples in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, and by some peoples in the Orinoquía of Colombia and Venezuela.
It is a decoction made from the combination of:
* Banisteriopsis caapi (yagé or ayahuasca),[4] which contains harmine and tetrahydroharmine (THH), alkaloids of the beta-carboline class, which act as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and allow the primary psychoactive component dimethyltryptamine ( DMT) come into activity.
* a second plant that is the one that contains the DMT molecule itself, especially Psychotria viridis (chacruna)
*
The consumption of ayahuasca generates psychedelic effects due to the presence of natural DMT from plants such as Psychotria viridis, Diplopterys cabrerana and others.
The ayahuasca preparation receives different names depending on the different towns or regions where it is made.
Ayahuasca sessions are generally held in a group setting of 5 to 25 people, although sessions with up to a hundred people or more are sometimes found. Sessions almost always take place at night, although sessions may infrequently take place during the day. An ayahuasca session usually lasts between three and seven hours. There are centers or groups where one sleeps after the session, but this is not always the case. The session is always conducted by a healer, a shaman and he knows well how to lead sessions. At the beginning of the session, time can be dedicated to sharing the intentions of each one in relation to the session, why they have decided to participate, and once the round of intentions is over, the ayahuasca is distributed and the shots begin.
The ayahuasca experience can have many phases. Sometimes, the exploration of the internal worlds is accompanied by emotional pain, or some kind of suffering or release of tension, so it is not uncommon that in ayahuasca sessions, especially those more oriented to healing, there are crying and even screaming in the room throughout the night. The purgative effects of ayahuasca also cause vomiting, which is done in a bucket inside the room or outside, in a place designated for that purpose. In general, the music used by the facilitator is what drives the experience, although there are guides who also work with silence.
This type of work is very oriented towards healing, with a spiritual approach, and may involve purgative practices prior to taking ayahuasca, for example, with tobacco, in order to "cleanse" the body of possible toxins. Sessions are often held in the dark or around a fire, where the experience is guided by the whistling and chanting of the shaman, and there may be live music with instruments such as maracas, drums, mouth harp, etc. The type of music is different in different traditions and countries. For example, in Peru they use songs called ícaros.

PREPARATION AND DIET FOR PLANT AND ANCESTRAL MEDICINES SUCH AS AYAHUASCA, BUFO ALVARIUS (Natural 5 MeoDMT) AND KAMBO
It is recommended for preparation, of 1 Month or at least 15 Days before, to avoid any type of alcohol, drugs, sex,
suspend the consumption of any type of red meat and its derivatives such as sausages, fish
is the most compatible, Stop the consumption of flour, your diet these days has to be as natural as possible, avoiding
chemically or industrially processed products, avoid soft drinks, canned foods, coffee, excess
of sugar, spicy ones, salt or refined sugar, better use honey or muscovado sugar and Sea Salt.

As much as possible, avoid conflict or exposure to violence—whether at home, at work, or even through television, horror movies, or other media. These influences can create negative emotions and disrupt your energetic state.
One powerful way to begin cultivating a more open and receptive mindset is by practicing non-judgment—toward people, experiences, and even yourself.

From this moment forward, focus on feeling gratitude for everything you’ve experienced in your life, just as it is. Whatever it may be, allow yourself to truly connect with that sense of appreciation. The secret of your fundamental preparation is that you allow Ayahuasca to do its work without you interfering.

Being prepared means surrendering—opening your heart, accepting what is, feeling gratitude, and giving permission to universal wisdom to guide you. It is allowing yourself to be shown what needs to be seen, to shift how you view and experience life, and to release what no longer serves your happiness.

Ayahuasca is not here to change your life for you, but rather to help you feel life more fully—to awaken you to the depth of your existence. In doing so, it invites you to take responsibility for your own power and choices. This is a sacred opportunity to become aware of the immense beauty, strength, and wisdom that already lives within you.

Ayahuasca and Ancestral medicine sessions are intended to be an experience of personal growth and should not be considered a substitute for psychotherapy, rather a complementary work. Working with ayahuasca and psychadelics can involve intense experiences accompanied by strong emotional and physical releases. It is not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, some diagnoses of psychiatric pathologies, fractures or recent surgeries, acute infectious diseases, epilepsy or active spiritual emergencies. Any of these mentioned, consult with the facilitator.
BUFO ALVARIUS
(Toad Medicine Natural 5Meo DMT)
The toad medicine is extracted from a toad called Bufo alvarius, which lives in the Sonoran Desert, Mexico. A toxin containing the active substance 5-meo organic DMT is extracted from its glands. This substance is also present in various plant genera of European and Asian origin, as well as in Yopo.
The toad is never harmed. 5-meo organic DMT is a neurotransmitter also found naturally in the human brain. The human body produces it in the pineal gland; in small amounts during positive moods, such as joy and euphoria; and in larger amounts during deep sleep, at birth, and at death.
It is considered "brain food" because the brain processes it similarly to glucose. When consuming 5 meo dmt, the body increases the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, melatonin, (tryptamine) and enzymes that promote the healing and regeneration of the body, thereby causing the release of a considerable amount of stress (unconsciously accumulated), thus unblocking the immune system and causing physical, mental and/or emotional ailments to self-correct and heal gradually.
How do you consume the medicine (Sapito)?
You smoke it in a Crystal Pipe by holding the smoke inside for around 15 seconds and then exhaling it.
The ritual/climax time of the Toad Medicine is 15 to 45 minutes. It depends entirely on the individual and how their body reacts. The medicine continues to work for days, gradually tapering off. In some cases, even for months afterward.
The Toad Medicine works on its own, setting aside the individual's analytical thoughts. The ritual is guided by Seri chants from the Comcaac Tribe of the Sonoran Desert and medicine chants with a drum and/or rattle, and accompanies the individual during the most intense period of the experience.
*The following play an important role here: the individual's consciousness, the individual's will, the influence of the individual's environment on the individual, and the individual's habits (food, vices, thoughts, emotions). In other words, these factors can sabotage our progress on the path of Toad Medicine and our internal healing, if we allow them to. Or, they can help us increase our improvement, our healing, our inner work—if we choose to take them and use them for these purpose.

The changes in the person's life will be gradual. In some cases of an inflated ego, the person doesn't notice the changes, but the people around them do. All the changes secondary to taking Sapito medicine are for the better. Always for the better.

What does it feel like to smoke Sapito?
Depending on the state of consciousness or intoxication, the participant may experience some of the following experiences/sensations during the ritual/climax of Sapito medicine:
-Massive release of accumulated stress (conscious or unconscious).
-Dissolution of unconscious cellular memories that cause addictions, compulsions, psychosomatic illnesses, manias, and suffering.
-Partial or total disconnection from physical and/or visual reality (as it alters our perception/assemblage point).
-Fusion of the participant with their surroundings (being here and now).
-Sensation of being thrown into a void at high speed (lack of ego control).
-Sensation of the body exploding into thousands or millions of particles (as some synaptic networks in our brain restructure).
-Release of repressed emotions or feelings (throughout our entire lives).
-Connection with consciousness. Disconnection from the ego as the primary driver (especially during the ritual/climax of Toad Medicine).
After consuming 5 meo organic DMT, the participant experiences sensations of a profound release of their emotional traumatic burdens, and the stress release will continue for several hours or even several days.
The participant finds that their ego has been fractured, reduced, or minimized, allowing them to appreciate and value everyday things more intensely, experiencing a sense of living more in the here and now.
Furthermore, depending on the degree of physical, mental, and emotional intoxication of the participant, they may expel toxins accumulated over the years from their body.
These toxins will be released through any route of secretion: saliva, sweat, mucus, urine, feces; which is why it is very important to drink plain water in larger quantities than usual for 8 days after taking the medicine (Sapito), and to avoid any type of drugs (alcohol, cigarettes, synthetic drugs), and potent plants such as cannabis.
KAMBO
WHAT IS KAMBÓ?
Kambó is a natural medicine that directly impacts the body, supporting holistic health and cleansing organs of toxins.

Kambó is a natural and highly effective therapy that has been used for thousands of years by tribes in the Amazon rainforest of the northwestern Amazon, including Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. Native people rubbed the frog's back on their bodies to strengthen themselves and allow them to go hunting without being harmed by insects and snakes. They also used it to promote health, strength, and well-being, and also to eliminate bad luck.
According to what is known, Kambó has been used by up to 53 Amazonian tribes, but only a few remain today, such as the Matsés, Yawanawá, Katukina, and Apurina. Kambó is also known as Kampu, Campu, Chambó, Sapo Vacino da Floresta, or "Giant Monkey Frog."
The remedy is the secretion (in the form of a cream) produced as a defense system by this tree frog, known scientifically as Phyllomedusa Bicolor. This secretion is extracted from its back, causing no harm to this beautiful frog. This amphibian has no natural predators, so the idea that applying kambó would energetically absorb the frog's fear and stress would be meaningless. After sharing this secretion with the healers, the frog is returned to its natural environment (among branches and ayahuasca vines).
The collected Kambó is applied under the first layer of skin, after making small superficial burns, made with a very thin stick, to quickly act and circulate throughout the body. The Kambó immediately flows through the lymphatic system, activating all the body's systems and simultaneously purging and cleansing the body for approximately 20 minutes
Its components:
Scientifically, it is known that Kambó possesses at least 9 potent bioactive peptides:
Scientific research on this frog's secretion began in the 1980s by Italian scientist Vittorio Erspamer of the University of Rome, a two-time Nobel Prize candidate. This research reported that the secretion contains a "fantastic chemical cocktail, with potential medical applications, unmatched by any other animal in nature" (1). "Among these peptides found in Kambó, about 7% are bioactive" (1). These bind to receptors located in the brain, triggering chemical reactions in the human body. So far, researchers have identified nine bioactive peptides, which have a potent effect on gastrointestinal muscles, gastric and pancreatic secretions, blood circulation, and stimulation of the adrenal cortex and various glands. It strongly affects the intestines, which contributes to deep purging.
Phylokinin and philomedusin are potent dilators of the spleen, which increases the permeability of the blood-brain barrier, facilitating access of these two peptides to the brain, as well as of the active peptides. Cerulein causes a drop in blood pressure accompanied by tachycardia, which also stimulates the adrenal cortex and pituitary gland, increasing sensory perception and physical endurance. These peptides have strong analgesic properties, increase physical strength, and generally improve the ability to withstand pain and stressful situations. They have medicinal potential, facilitating digestion, and have demonstrated analgesic effects for those suffering from renal colic, pain caused by peripheral vascular insufficiency, and cancer pain. Dermorphin and deltorphin are potent opioid peptides, 4,000 times more potent than morphine itself and 40 times stronger than endogenous type B endorphins.
Kambó is medicine.
The properties of Kambó peptides cover a wide range of potential medical uses in the treatment of brain diseases such as the aforementioned Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, paralysis, depression, migraines, blood circulation problems, vascular insufficiency, organ diseases, skin and eye problems, fertility problems in women and men, AIDS, hepatitis, and cancer.
Other interesting medical properties of this secretion are its anti-inflammatory effects, its ability to destroy microbes and viruses, and to heal infections. Due to the presence of these peptides, Kambó is one of the strongest natural antibiotics and anesthetics found in the world and one of the strongest natural remedies, in addition to awakening and strongly boosting our immune system.
